Scope of Project:
Voyager Worldwide provides automation and data intelligence solutions to help the global maritime industry to streamline processes, unlock insights and boost productivity, safety and cost-effectiveness.
Voyager acquired a few companies within a short amount of time and faced a task of creating a single brand. The goal of this project was to pull together several websites from different global businesses and create a single platform to represent them all under the Voyager brand.
The scope of this project was to combine content and products from several websites into a single one. We needed to come up with a new site structure, create new user flows, prototypes and UI. One of the key challenges was to create site navigation that is intuitive and easy to use, considering the vast amount of content. The biggest challenge was we only had 30 days to plan, design, code, build and deliver this project.
We worked together with the Voyager marketing team to create a new site structure (user flow) and the content layout (wireframes). Working together with the brand identity designer, we were able to understand the Voyager branding and achieve a consistent and distinct look & feel for the new website. The website is running on a custom-built WordPress theme and is available in English, Japanese, Chinese, Greek and German languages.
We were able to capture the essence of what the client tried to convey. We’ve delivered a very robust and solid website with strong branding and easy navigation.
