Rudo Studio partnered with a forward-thinking real estate SaaS platform GetGround that is on a mission to revolutionised property buy-to-let investment industry. The company aimed to amplify market awareness for its innovative solution, empowering property investors to source, finance, and establish tax-efficient investment entities seamlessly. The existing website fell short of conveying the company's ambitious goals, prompting our involvement to completely redesign and rebuild a platform that aligned with their vision.


The challenge was twofold: first, to craft a website that effectively communicated the platform's multifaceted offerings, including property sourcing, competitive mortgage solutions, and streamlined company creation. Second, to tailor the messaging and design to resonate with diverse user groups, from seasoned investors to newcomers in the property market. The existing website lacked the clarity and navigational efficiency required to guide users through the intricacies of the platform.


Our creative process commenced with a comprehensive sitemap, organising content to facilitate intuitive navigation through different service offerings. Collaborating closely with the client, we produced updated copy, illustrations, and layouts for major pages. Wireframes were meticulously designed to ensure optimal user flow, leading to a clean and easy-to-navigate UI design that catered to the distinct needs of various user groups.

Utilising HubSpot as the CMS offered a robust foundation for backend development. Its integrated marketing tools complemented the website's purpose, and the user-friendly interface allowed the client easy content management capabilities. The solution seamlessly blended aesthetics with functionality, creating a platform that not only showcased the company's innovative approach but also served as a comprehensive resource for property investors.
